PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XII MIPA-1 SMA NEGERI 1 TERARA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan upaya (1) peningkatan aktifitas peserta
didik melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw, (2) motivasi prestasi belajar
materi gugus fungsi senyawa karbon, dan(3) Hasil Belajar peserta didik. Penelitian
ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan dua siklus. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIPA-1 semester genap tahun
pelajaran 2017/2018 SMA Negeri 1 Terara, Lombok Tmur. Motivasi belajar diukur
dengan instrument angket, sedangkan prestasi belajar materi gugus fungsi peserta
didik diambil dari hasil tes dan angket setiap akhir siklus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan
motivasi dan hasil belajar kelas XII MIPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Terara meningkat, yaitu
ditandai dengan peningkatan rerata nilai dari siklus I ke skilus II. Aktifitas peserta
didik juga terjadi peningkatan. Penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw
memberikan respon yang positif bagi peserta didik.

This study aims to find an effort (1) to increase the activity of students through Jigsaw
type cooperative learning, (2) the learning achievement motivation of carbon
compound functional group material, and (3) Learning Outcomes of students. This
research uses Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The population in this
study were students of class XII MIPA-1 even semester of the school year 2017/2018
SMA 1 Terara, Lombok Tmur. Learning motivation is measured by the questionnaire
instrument, while the learning achievement of the student functional group material is
taken from the results of tests and questionnaires at the end of each cycle. The results
of the analysis show that the motivation and learning outcomes of class XII MIPA-1 in
SMA 1 Terara are increasing, which is indicated by an increase in the average value
from cycle I to skilus II. Student activities also increase. The application of Jigsaw
cooperative learning provides a positive response for students.
