PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH BERBANTUAN MEDIA MODEL MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN SISWA PADA KD 2.1 KEHIDUPAN AWAL MASYARAKAT INDONESIA PADA SISWA KELAS X IPS 2 SMAN 1 SELONG TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2017/2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana cara menerapkan Memo peninggalan
Sejarah dalam melejitkan kemampuan siswa menguasai/memahami KD 2.1 Peradaban Awal
Masyarakat Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setelah melalui 3 siklus didapatkan hasil
bahwa Penerapan Media Model Peninggalan Sejarah diilakukan melalui langkah-langkah yaitu,
1) Pembuatan kelompok dan Penugasan pembuatan Media Model, 2) Kegiatan presentasi
Media Model dan 3) Kegiatan tanya jawab serta 4) Pelaksanaan ulangan harian secara lisan.
Berdasarkan pengalaman dalam menerapkan Media Model ini, Penggunaan Media Model
Peninggalan Sejarah ini berhasil mengatasi masalah yang sebelumnya selalu dihadapi dalam
pembelajaran KD 2.1 peradaban Awal Masyarakat Indonesia seperti masalah kompleksitas/
materi yang rumit, padat dan abstrak, serta alokasi waktu yang tidak memadai, tidak
tersedianya media pembelajaran, kesulitan mengidentifikasi materi dan rendahnya tingkat
kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran. Keberhasilan penggunaan media Model
dapat dilihat keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasil ulangan harian. Dari
pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran terlihat bahwa kreatifitas, antusiasme dan motivasi siswa
mengikuti pembelajaran sangat tinggi dan alokasi waktu yang digunakan sesuai denga
rencana atau program. Sedangkan prestasi belajar dari hasil ulangan harian secara lisan pada
siklus I menujukkan hasil yang memuaskan yaitu ulangan harian pertama, nilai rata-rata siswa
79,87 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 90%, ulangan harian kedua nilai rata-rata sebesar 85.30
dengan tingkat ketuntasan sebesar 100% dan hasil ulangan harian ketiga, tingkat ketuntasan
100% dengan nilai rata rata sebesar 89,09.

This research aims to find out how to apply the Memo historical relics in the transition from a
student's ability to master/understand KD 2.1 early civilizations Indonesia Society. Based on the
research results after going through 3 cycles of obtained results that the application of Media
Model History diilakukan through the steps, namely, 1) creation of groups and the assignment of
making Media Model, 2) activity presentation Media Model and 3) as well as a question and
answer Activity 4) implementation of Deuteronomy daily orally. Based on the experience in
applying this Model Media, Use of the Media to this historical heritage Model overcomes the
problems previously faced in KD Learning always 2.1 early civilizations such as the complexity
of the problems of Indonesia Society/complex material, dense and abstract, as well as the
allocation of time inadequate, the unavailability of medium of instruction, the difficulty of
identifying the material and low levels of student ability to understand the subject matter. The
success of media use Model can be seen in the success of the learning process and the results
of the repeat daily. From the implementation of the process of learning seem that creativity, the
enthusiasm and the motivation of students learning is very high and the allocation of time spent
in accordance with the plan or program. Whereas the achievement of the learning results of
Deuteronomy daily orally on cycle I denotes a satisfactory result namely Deuteronomy first daily,
the average value of the student's level of 79.87 ketuntasan 90% daily second, Deuteronomy
average value of 85.30 with ketuntasan level of 100% and the third daily, the rate of repeat
ketuntasan 100% with a mean value of 89.09.
