PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PEMBELAJARAN YANG EFEKTIF MELALUI SUPERVISI OBSERVASI KELAS DI SMK NEGERI 1 SAMBELIA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh
mana peningkatan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif
di SMK Negeri 1 Sambelia melalui supervisi observasi kelas. Dalam penelitian
tindakan ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti
dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan mencapai standar ideal. Dari 57,5 %
pada Siklus l,dapat meningkat menjadi 67,5 % pada siklus II, dan siklus ke III
meningkat menjadi 78,93 %. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menunjukkan
bahwa penerapan supervisi observasi kelas kepala sekolah dapat
meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100 % , tanggapan
guru adalah sangat positif terhadap pembinaan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah
melalui supervisi observasi kelas .

The aim of this school action research is to know the extent to which the
performance improvement of teachers in carrying out an effective learning at
SMK Negeri 1 Sambelia through the supervision of observation of the class. In
this action research conducted in cycle 3, the results of actions undertaken
proved can improve the performance of teachers by achieving the ideal
standard. From 57.5% in Cycle l, can be increased to 67.5% in cycle II, and
cycle to III rose to 78.93%. The research results showed that these schools
action implementation supervision of observation of the class principal can
improve the performance of teachers with ketuntasan reaches 100%, the
teacher's response was very positive towards the construction of the head done
schools through the supervision of observation of the class.
