EFISIENSI USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM RAS PETELUR DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1)untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi usaha Ayam Ras Petelur di Kabupaten Lombok Timur; 2). Mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi usaha peternakan Ayam Ras Petelur di Kabupaten Lombok Timur; 3). Mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi peternak Ayam Ras Petelur di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengolahan data menggunakan program software spss versi 16.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2007. Alat analisis digunakan untuk menganalisis data meliputi analisis kelayakan model fungsi produksi, analisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi dan analisis efisiensi faktor-faktor produksi. Analisis-analisis tersebut dilakukan untuk menghitung nilai efisiensi dari penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi pada usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur di kabupaten Lombok Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur di Kabupaten Lombok Timur maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi adalah, jumlah ayam petelur, pakan ayam, tenaga kerja, suplemen dan vaksin. Sedangkan faktor produksi listrik berpengaruh negatif terhadap produksi telur. (2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan antara rasio NPM dan BKM diketahui bahwa efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi dalam kegiatan usaha ayam ras petelur tidak tercapai, karena tingkat penggunaannya tidak optimal, disebabkan karena tidak terdapat rasio perbandingan yang sama dengan satu. Tidak efisiennya penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi akan sangat mempengaruhi keuntungan yang diperoleh pada proses produksi telur ayam ras di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. (3) Berdasarakan hasil analisis tabulasi sederhana diperoleh bahwa rata-rata yang menjadi permasalahan dalam usaha ayam ras petelur di Kabupaten Lombok Timur adalah : a). Masalah Teknis. b). Masalah Manajemen. c). Masalah Modal, dan d). Masalah lainnya seperti kesulitan peternak dalam mendapatkan lokasi usaha yang ideal.

The objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1) to know the efficiency level of Layer Chicken in East Lombok Regency; 2). To know the influence of production factors of chicken farming in Laying Chicken in East Lombok Regency; 3). Knowing the problems faced by Layer Chicken farmers in East Lombok Regency. Data processing using SPSS software program version 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2007. Analyzer used to analyze data include feasibility analysis of model of production function, analysis of factors influencing to production and efficiency analysis of factors of production. These analyzes were conducted to calculate the efficiency value of the use of production factors in laying chicken farming in East Lombok district. Based on the results of the analysis on laying chicken farming in East Lombok, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Factors that have significant effect on the production are the number of laying hens, chicken feed, labor, supplement and vaccine. While the factors of electricity production have a negative effect on egg production. (2) Based on the results of analysis by comparing the ratio of NPM and BKM known that the efficiency of the use of production factors in the business of laying chicken chicken is not achieved, because the level of its use is not optimal, because there is no ratio of ratio equal to one. Inefficient use of factors of production will greatly affect the benefits gained in the process of egg production in East Lombok regency. (3) Based on the result of simple tabulation analysis, it is found that the average problem in laying chicken business in East Lombok is: a). Technical problem. b). Management Issues. c). Capital Problems, and d). Other problems such as the difficulty of breeders in obtaining the ideal business location.
