PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA PETANI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS SEMANGKA DI LAHAN KERING KECAMATAN JEROWARU

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja petani terhadap tingkat produktivitas semangka di lahan kering Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 30 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistic regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa H1 diterima yakni ada pengaruh X1 (kemampuan) terhadap Y (produktivitas) karena t hitung (2,235) > t tabel ( 2,052), H2 diterima yakni ada pengaruh X2 (motivasi) terhadap Y (produktivitas) karena t hitung (3,362) > t tabel (2,052), dan H3 diterima yakni X1 (kemampuan) dan X2 (motivasi) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Y (produktivitas) karena F hitung (7,874) > F tabel (3,34) .

This research aim to to know influence of motivation and ability work to watermelon productivity in dry land District Of Jerowaru East Lombok Regency. Method which used in this research is method of deskriptive with amount of taken respondents samples counted 30 people with technique of random sampling. Data analysis with analysis of statistic mutiple linear regression. Result of hypothesis test got that H1 accepted; there is influence of X1 (performance) to Y (productivity) because t calc ( 2,235) > t of tables (2,052), H2 accepted; there is influence of X2 ( motivation) to Y (productivity) because t calc ( 3,362) > t of tables ( 2,052), and H3 accepted; because F calc ( 7,874) > F of tables ( 3,34), so that earn conclusion that X1 (performance) and X2 ( motivation) by together have an effect on to Y ( produktivity)
